• 1. Clients ('Participants') must submit all required documents via the online platform to obtain the Gift Voucher (HK$100 ParkNshop Supermarket Shopping Voucher)

• 2. Each Participant is entitled to one welcome offer only.

• 3. ParkNshop Supermarket Shopping Voucher will be mailed to Eligible Participants’ correspondence address within 1 month. Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions will be on the back of the Gift Voucher.

• 4. Gift Voucher is not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards.  YOOV Capital Limited shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.

• 5. YOOV Capital Limited is not a supplier or service provider of the products/services/auxiliary services provided and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the products or services provided. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services. Upon redemption, all the products/services/auxiliary services cannot be replaced, returned, or refunded.

• 6. By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

• 7. YOOV Capital Limited and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend these and other relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• 8. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.

• 9. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
